THE RANDOM QUESTION TAG

Hey guys.... Today I have spent the whole day in bed sick, binge watching Gilmore Girls. I'm feeling a lot better now, but this morning, I was absolutely miserable! I seem to get sick this time every year, but I refuse to get flu shots as they DON'T WORK. So anyway, as I am still stuck in bed, I'm just gonna do a little tag, cuz why not?
So without further ado; THE RANDOM QUESTION TAG!

1.) Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed?

CLOSED. To keep the evil sock monsters inside.

2.) Do you take shampoo and conditioner bottles from hotels?

I mean, I haven't been to a hotel in years, and even if I were to go to a hotel, I would probably bring my own shampoo and conditioner, so no.

3.) Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out?

I have fitted sheets, and I don't have an over sheet so.....

4.) Have you ever stolen a street sign?

What kind of question is that!? "Oh, I'm so cool, look at me I stole a stop sign! Take that, loosers! hahahahahaha" 

5.) Do you cut out coupons and then never use them?

I'm 15, I don't have to worry about junk like this yet.

6.) Would you rather be attacked by a big bear or a swarm of bees?

A big bear. Imagine trying to tell everyone that you were attacked by a swarm of bees! Mauled by a bear just sounds way cooler.

7.)Do you always smile for pictures?

Depends. Usually, yeah, but often times, it's this awkward fake smile that just says "get this over with already or I will murder someone" 

8.) Do you ever count your steps when you walk?

Sometimes, when I'm walking down the sidewalk by myself or something.

9.) Have you ever peed in the woods?

Yes. And let me tell you, us girls have it hard when it comes to this!!! Boys just zip down the zipper, and they're good to go. Us girls have to remove everything, and try not to pee everywhere!!!! (....tmi?)

10.) Do you still watch cartoons?

I watch Gravity Falls, but that's about it. Unless you count anime.

11.) Where would you bury hidden treasure if you had some?

In plain sight where no one would think to look. 

12.) What do you drink with dinner?

Depends on where I am I guess. Usually water or tea or something.

13.) What do you dip a chicken nugget in?

Again, depends where I'm at. Usually ketchup though.

14.) What movies could you watch over and over and still love?

Princess Bride, any Disney movie, or any Marvel movie.

15.) Were you ever a girl scout?

Nope. Never appealed to me.

16.) Would you ever strip or pose nude in a magazine?

No. I'm just not comfortable with that.

17.) Can you change the oil on your car?

What car, I'm 15, I barely know how to drive!

18.) Have you ever gotten a speeding ticket?

Again, I'm 15! I've had one driving lesson in an empty parking lot with my dad.

19.) Afraid of heights?

No, not really.

20.) Do you sing in the car?

ABSOLUTELY! AC/DC comes on, my dad blares the music, we all sing along! Good times. 

21.) Is Christmas stressful?

I mean, a little. But I don't dwell on it, it's CHRISTMAS!

22.) Occupations you wanted to be when you were a kid.

I wanted to be a pop star. XD or a vet

23.) Do you believe in ghosts?

Nope

24.) The first concert you ever went to.

I've never been to a proper concert

25.) Walmart, Target, or Kmart?

Target

26.) Nike or Adidas?

Neither.

27.) Can you curl your tongue?

Yup

28.) Have you ever cried because you were so happy?

Oh yeah, tons of times.

29.) The last concert you saw?

I guess the closest thing I've been to a concert was seeing the band for Paper Towns perform at the Night on the towns event that I went to.

30.) Can you swim well?

I'm okay. I used to be in swim classes like forever ago, because it was one of the only sports I could do because of my scoliosis, but I've since given it up.

31.) Can you knit or crochet?

I used to be able to crochet but I forgot how.

32.) Are you a dog person or a cat person?

I like dogs and cats, but tbh I prefer cats.

Novemeber favorites HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Hey guys!!!! So, I know I said that I would only be doing Gravity Falls stuff for a while, but I'm still mulling over some different ideas. So until then, let's just do a monthly favorites!

Okay, so I still suck at makeup to no end, BUT lately, I've been OBSESSED with all things regarding eye makeup. I could seriously look like I just rolled out of a dumpster, but my eye makeup would still be on point.


DOCTOR WHO.  In my opinion, the current doctor is the best we have had in a LONG time, and the current season is the best plot we've had in a long time!!!! This new season has been so true to classic who, and I just love it to death!!!!!!! I LOVE the current doctor, and I am loving the plot of doctor who currently!!!!! Last season, I'll admit was pretty rubbish. But this season has seriously stepped up to the plate. I LOVE IT and I cannot wait to see the Christmas special, as RIVER SONG IS IN IT!!!!! KAJSDFLKAO;WF;


THE WEATHER! Um..... guys, something's happening to my laptop... It's really being......

HEY EVERYONE!!!!!!!! BILL CIPHER HERE!!!!!!!! I'LL BE TAKING OVER THE BLOG FROM HERE. SO SIT BACK AND ENJOY THE RIDE!!!!!

GRAVITY FALLS :(

As you gravity falls fans may or may not already be aware, Gravity Falls is coming to an end. The second to last episode aired last night, and I'll be the first to admit; I cried. I am sure that the last episode will be even more tear jerking so odds are, I'll be a hot mess when that one airs. Afterwards, I'll probably be curled up in a ball on my bed crying and going "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S OVER!!!!!!!"
If you can't tell, I am EXTREMELY emotionally invested in this show. It has full on changed my life. I am going to miss it more than any show that has ever been canceled or ended in my time. I have watched Gravity Falls since the very first episode aired back in 2012. I have laughed, cried, yelled, and conveyed other ways of expressing deep emotion with the Pine's twins. They have become a part of my life; they have become my best friends.
I know that sounds super cheesy, but I mean it!!! There's something about this show that I can't quite describe to people who are not members of the fandom. People looking in on the fandom probably think "Oh that's such a cute show for kids or whatever, not really my thing." I thought the same thing before sitting down to watch the airing of the first episode with my little brother.
The Pine's twins are like old friends to me. I started watching the show when I was 12; Dipper and Mabel's age! I am turning 15 in a couple of days. I feel very close to the Pine's twins for this reason. I can't really explain my personal connection to this show, but as it comes to an end, I feel like a part of me is dying. I feel like I'm saying goodbye to my best friends.
So in honnor of Gravity Falls coming to an end, I will be posting Gravity Falls stuff, and nothing but Gravity Falls stuff until the release of "Weirdmagegdon 3" so that we can cherish the summer while it lasts; before it comes to an end.

October favorites

So..... I'm kind of the worst when it comes to blogging every day as you know.... Sorry about that.... School just kind of took over my life and I 100% forgot to write letters to my dear friend autumn.... maybe next year I'll make it up to you guys.
So anyway, I know it's a tad overdue, but here it is; my October monthly favorites!!!!!


(So sorry about the size, it won't let me adjust it for some odd reason)
The fist thing that I want to talk about is ORGANIC DIPPING POWDER! I have recently grown a love for fingernails, and OMG if you have never tried the organic dipping powder, you need to find a salon that does it and try it out. It is literally the best thing ever!!! There's no UV lights, no damage to your nailbeds, they don't chip (At least not easily), and they last a REALLY long time!!!!! I'm in love with these nails!



The next topic of discussion, is obviously, my queen, the one, the only, ADELE. If you have not listened to her new song "Hello" First of all, how dare you, second of all, how have you not heard it by now, and lastly, HERE'S THE LINK, LISTEN TO IT NOW: Adele - Hello - YouTube

Now that you've listened to it, OMG. My queen does not disappoint. She is SO undeniably talented! After taking a break from music for a while to raise her kid, I cannot think of a better comeback song than this. I have listened to it countless times, and cried practically every single time.



Next thing is pretty cool; STAR WARS COFFEE CREAMERS!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect for when your coffee's a bit on the... dark side. (Pun 100% intended) Any way, recently, this is all I've been using in my coffee!!! Every day, without fail, I will make a cup of coffee for myself in a thurmous just before I go to school, and sip on it all through my first class. It's quite a good system I have going. My favorite of these creamer of these has to be Chewbacca!



Naturally I have to mention my current favorite anime! Right now, that's black butler!!!! I'm just abut to finish season 1 and I LOVE IT! Very well written, phenomenal plot, and btw Sebastian is MINE.


And lastly, the book that I am currently writing!!! I created a board on pinterest about my book to in a way help me visualize iconic moments in the book. I don't take this file seriously at all, it was kind of something I just pulled together when I was bored. But I am rather proud of the book itself. Maybe I'll post it when it's done. :)

Letters to autumn day 4

Dear autumn,

It occurs to me that it is not at all a common thing that people write to you... Oh well, I'm sure that you do in fact enjoy hearing from the few people that do write to you.
Today was another beautiful day weather wise. The perfect day to get my nails done with my friend.
But today, autumn, I would like to talk to you about the loose concept of time. In my case, I am finding that I am always running out of it. Before I get to into this, I would like to express that time is only a concept... There is really no further way for me to explain that. Someone had to sit down one day and figure out how time worked and could be measured tangibly. And autumn, I find that much too often, I am running out of time. Which doesn't make sense when you think about it, because there is ALWAYS 24 hours in a day, no matter where in the world you live. Every one is given the same amount of time in a day, so why does it seem that some days are abundant in time and others seem to be spread thin to the point of there being no time leftover at all?
The answer is simple. Activity. I find myself constantly having thing after thing that I have committed to. And on top of that, having to spend time on the basics of day to day life, I hardly find myself with any time at all left in the day once it's over.
So autumn, as you bring with you the end of a year, and my time quickly accelerates into an oblivion, thank you for staying for the exact same amount of time every year, even though it may not always feel like it.

Letters to autumn day 3

(Before I start, I would just like to announce that I have 1,300 page views!!!! I promise I will post a video soon, but probably not for a while, for personal reasons.)

Dear autumn,

Overall, I rate today an 8 out of 10. Not the best day, but I choose to be optimistic, considering that it could most defiantly be worse. And I don't think it's fair to let one bad event ruin a day full of really fantastic moments.
For every bad event, I like to try to find 2 positive events to over weigh the bad, making me feel a bit better about life.
For example, today, I got grounded. My laptop and cell phone are not allowed in my room until I bring my grades up as I am failing a few classes. On the positive side, I am still allowed to use these devices, just not in my bedroom, and not without permission from my parents. Also, the weather is phenomenal today. Thanks, autumn!
I can imagine that if it were winter right now rather than autumn, I would most defiantly not want to be as optimistic. Like the friends I hang around, the weather strongly influences my mood about life in general.
A lot of the time, I like to think that I am rather optimistic, and in most cases, I am. But when it comes down to it, it's very easy to think that absolutely nothing is going my way, and that I am all alone in the world. But with the delightfully happy mood that you bring every year, I am reminded that I have friends and family who love me dearly, and would genuinely do anything for me.
Also, as you come around, you remind me that it is very close to the end of another year, and also very close to my birthday. This reminds me that life is too short to stop and dwell on the small little things in life that don't go the way that you planned. It is for this reason that you are one of my favorite parts of the year, autumn. You bring joy into my life, and remind me that even though it is the end of another year, it is not the end of the world.
